Trey Holder

B. T. Holder III “Trey” is the operations manager for The Holder Group, LLC.

Trey, an Atlanta native, grew up in a family commercial real estate business. His Grandfather began investing in Atlanta real estate over 75 years ago and developed in him an appreciation for real estate development and investment. Trey funded his higher education through work in the family’s commercial real estate business and residential remodeling. In 1996, Trey earned his BBA from Georgia State University and went to work at an Atlanta based publicly traded company that specialized in technology solutions for various retail industries. During his tenure with that company, Trey provided consulting services in the area of business process and project management to some of the largest companies in the world. In addition to his consulting experience, he served in several leadership positions in which he managed profit and loss statements for various company divisions. After gaining diversified skills, he began developing properties and building homes throughout the Atlanta area. In 2007 he took over fully the responsibilities of managing the commercial real estate company.

When Trey is not working at The Holder Group or performing his duties to the real estate companies he enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his wife Sherri and their two children.
