Leslie H. Ball

Leslie H. Ball is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Georgia and Alabama and is a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Public Accountants.

Ms. Ball joined The Holder Group in 2025 and has more than 25 years of experience in public accounting and private industry. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Ball spent a large portion of her career in public accounting specializing in audit and accounting services for small to medium sized, privately held companies and not-for-profit organizations. She has a wide variety of industry experience including construction, manufacturing, real estate, investment funds, employee benefit plans, and religious and education organizations. Her industry experience includes serving as the Director of Accounting and Finance for an auto body and collision repair company with over 30 locations across the southeastern United States and as the Controller of a private school providing education services to over 600 students from grades K-12.

Ms. Ball graduated from Troy State University cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in business administration and accounting and a Masters in Business Administration with an accounting focus. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, playing tennis, and attending football games at the University of Alabama and University of Mississippi where her two children are students.
